油脂废水快速生物降解菌的研究
Quickly Biodegrading Oil-containing Wastewater with Efficient Bacterial Strain
【摘要】 通过对实验室筛选保藏的三株油脂降解菌的比较,挑选出一株有较强油脂降解能力的洋葱伯克霍尔德氏菌(BurkholderiaCepacia),对其降解工艺条件进行优化研究。结果表明,在优化的油脂降解条件下(pH值7.0,30℃,溶解氧3.0mg/L),处理初始油脂浓度为1000mg/L废水,24h后其油脂降解率达到90%以上,COD去除达到92%。
【Abstract】 A germ with strong oil degradation ability was chosen and authenticated as Burkholderia Cepacia from three bacterial strains. At the optimum condition of pH 7.0, 30℃ and DO 3.0mg/L, 24h, the degradation efficiency of oil reaches above to 90% and COD removal up to 92% for initial oil concentration of 1000mg/L wastewater.
