β-CD和CMCD对2-硝基联苯微生物降解的影响研究
Effect of β-CD and CMCD on Biodegradation of 2-nitrophenyl
【摘要】 对β-环糊精(β-CD)和羧甲基-β-环糊精(CMCD)对一株不动杆菌属菌株降解2-硝基联苯的影响进行研究。结果表明β-CD和CMCD均能增加2-硝基联苯的表观溶解度和促进其微生物降解,CMCD的促进作用比β-CD更明显;环糊精对2-硝基联苯降解的促进作用大小与增溶作用的强弱表现出相同的趋势。
【Abstract】 The effect of β-cyclodextrins (β-CD) and carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CMCD) on biodegradation of 2-nitrophenyl in liquid cultures were investigated, with bacterial strain used for biodegradation identified as Acinetobacter sp. Results showed that both β-CD and CMCD could enhance apparent solubility and accelerate the biodegradation of 2-nitrobipheny, and CMCD had more obvious effects than β-CD. Biodegradation accelerating effects of CDs on 2-nitrobiphenyl was correlated with the solubility-enhancing effects.
