【摘要】 本文建立了毛细管气相色谱法同时检测冰片中“三苯”残留量。无水乙醇作为溶剂直接进样分析。在0.88~8.8μg/ml范围内,峰面积与三苯浓度之间呈良好的线性关系(R>0.9995)。平均加标回收率分别为98%(苯)、103%(甲苯)、102%(对-二甲苯或间-二甲苯)、102%(邻-二甲苯)。检出限分别小于0.88μg/kg(苯)、0.88μg/kg(甲苯)、0.87μg/kg(对-二甲苯或间-二甲苯)、0.87μg/kg(邻-二甲苯)。精密度(RSD)均小于5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A menthod for determination of three solvents in Bornrolum Syntheticum has been established. The residual solvents of benzene 、tolune and xylene(m、o、p) were quantatively determined by capillary GC using ethanol absolute as the solvent. Three residual solvents were completely separatetd. The linearity ranges were 0.88～26μg (r:>0.9995)and the detection limits of benzene、tolune and xylene(m、o、p) were 0.88μg/kg、0.88μg/kg、2.64μg/kg respectively.
