【Abstract】 the paper report that we produce a kind of cholinesterase for rapid determination of pesticide residues. It has higher sensitivity for pesticides of organophosphate and carbamate. The sensitivities are about 0.3μg/ml to some pesticides such as methamidophos、omethoate 、chlorpyrifos 、diazinon.At the same time,the sensitivities are about 0.5 μg/ml for most pesticide.更多还原
