【Abstract】 A rapid method for the determination of benzopyrene was developed.Sample was extracted with cyclohexane,filtrate?concentrate?fixed cubage and then determined by reversed-phase HPLC.The detection limit was 0.0025μg/L.The relative standard deviation (n=8) was2.9%.The recoveries are in the range of 98.9%-106.9.更多还原
