轴流式水轮机不同空化状态下声信号的频谱特征
The Spectrum Characteristics of Acoustic Signal of Axial Flow Water Turbine under Different Cavitation States
【摘要】 分析了轴流式水轮机模型转轮空化试验的数据。首先确定了用可视观测来评判空化严重程度,在此基础上重点分析了超声传感器测量到的宽频信号,找出了不同工况下,空化发展变化时声信号频谱变化的规律。
【Abstract】 In this paper an analysis is made about the data of cavitation experiments for a model Kaplan turbine.It confirms that the severity level of cavitation can be judged by visual observation,and then,discusses the influence on cavitation inception coefficient by different blade angles.On the basis of the work above,the author focuses on the analysis of the wide-band signals measured by sensors,and finds out the law of variation of acoustic signal spectrum with the development of cavitation under different operating conditions.
