4种不同石榴品种同工酶分析

【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板不连续凝胶电泳技术,对安徽省怀远4个石榴品种的过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶和酯酶(EST)同工酶进行了酶谱测定。研究结果表明:供试4个品种间,均含有1条共同的谱带,但又含有丰富多态性,其中芽变新品种的白玉和其母本谱带极为相似,但稍有差异,说明两者亲缘关系极近,变异后遗传物质确实改变。玉石籽与大笨子的亲缘关系较为接近。

【Abstract】 The authors have measured the character of peroxisom isozyme(POD) and esterase isozyme(EST) of 4 varieties of Punica granatum from Huaiyuan in Anhui province,PRC with PAGE.Results showed that 4 varieties of Punica granatum had one common band and abundant polymorphisms.From the isozyme bands of different varieties of pomegranate,we found that the new kind is similar to its parent in isozyme bands,except for slightly difference in the number of enzyme bands.This fact showed that two varieties are very alike in affinity and the genetic substance of the new kind was indeed changed after variation.The "Yushizi" is similar to "dabenzi" in isozyme bands.
