新型水产诱食剂氯化羧甲基二甲基锍的合成
Synthesis of carboxymethyl dimethyl sulfonium chloride as a novel aquatic feed attractant
【摘要】 运用无溶剂合成方法,利用较低成本的氯乙酸为原料与二甲硫醚反应,合成新型水产动物诱食剂——氯化羧甲基二甲基锍。该化合物通过1HNMR、13CNMR、MS和元素分析证实了其结构。通过正交实验法,获得较佳反应条件:反应温度为75℃,反应时间12h,n氯乙酸:n二甲基硫醚=1:1.18,收率达到72.2%。
【Abstract】 Carboxymethyl dimethyl sulfonium chloride as a novel aquatic feed attractant was synthesized with chloroacetic acid, methyl sulfide and in solvent free system. Its chemical structure was determined by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Optimum reaction condition was obtained by orthogonal test, which reaction temperature was 75℃, reaction time 12h and n(chloroacetic acid):n(metyl sulfide)=1:1.18, Yield of the product was 72.2%.
