半乳甘露寡糖对肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能和胃肠道pH值的影响

【摘要】 选择健康的50日龄新西兰肉兔30只,向肉兔日粮中分别添加半乳甘露寡糖(GMOS)和抗生素,经过20d的饲养试验,在肉兔70日龄时进行屠宰,通过测定肉兔各项生长指标,比较GMOS和抗生素对肉兔生长、屠宰指标及胃肠道pH值的影响效果。试验研究结果表明:试验组的兔存活率比对照组有所提高(P>0.05),料重比、腹泻率则比对照组相对降低(P>0.05),而在屠宰率及胃肠道pH值方面试验组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),说明GMOS在替代抗生素方面有可行性。

【Abstract】 The healthy 30 rabbits were fed on the diets containing the additive of olaquindox or GMOS(Galactomannan- oligosaccharides) at the age of 50 days respectively. During three weeks, the indices ofgrowth performance, the analysis of butcher index and the pH of stomach and intestianl of these rabbitswere measurated and compared. At the age of 70 days old, butchered the rabbits for examining.Theresults showed the rate of feed conversion and diarrhea incidence of rabbits in group GMOS were lowerthan those in group olaquindox (P>0.05).The analysis of butcher index and the pH of stomach andintestinal were insignificant of the two groups (P>0.05). The predominance of GMOS which replacedantibiotics was discussed by analyzing these indexes. It was indicated that the GMOS was able toreplace some antibiotics as a kind of good additive in the feed.
