【Abstract】 A new method of fabrication nanoporous gold film is described.The Cu-Au alloy go under annealing and etched by certain diluted acid result in nanoporous gold film.The contribution of the percentage of the components and the selection of acids for the suface pattern formation has also been discussed.The surface morphology and the component of the film has been analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS).更多还原
