通山甜茶对大鼠血脂及抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】 目的研究通山甜茶对大鼠的血脂及抗氧化能力的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠50只,实验前检测各组大鼠血中TC含量,按照TC的含量进行排序,然后进行分层抽样到5个不同组:正常对照组,高脂模型对照组,低剂量甜茶+高脂饲料组,中剂量甜茶+高脂饲料组,高剂量甜茶+高脂饲料组。正常对照组大鼠进食普通饲料,高脂模型对照组大鼠进食高脂饲料,其余3组大鼠在进食高脂饲料的同时分别给予低、中、高剂量的通山甜茶。28d后取血检测TC、TG、HDL-C值,取大鼠的肝脏检测丙二醛(MDA)的含量、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果与模型对照组相比,高剂量甜茶组TC、TG含量显著下降(P<0·05);各剂量组对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均无明显升高作用;低、中、高剂量组大鼠肝脏中MDA的含量均显著性降低(P<0·01);中、高剂量组大鼠肝脏中SOD的活性显著升高(P<0·01);高剂量组大鼠肝脏中GSH-Px活性显著升高。结论通山甜茶可降低实验性大鼠的血脂含量,并能增强大鼠的抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of Tongshan sweet tea in different doses on serum lipid and antioxidative capacities in rats. Methods Fifty male rats were divided into five groups: normal group, model control group, low dose of sweet tea plus fat rich food, medium dose of sweet tea plus fat rich food; high dose of sweet tea plus fat rich food. The level of serum lipid and Malondialdehyde (MDA), the activities of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)and Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH-Px) in liver were determined on 29 days. Results Compared with model control group, the level of TC and TG in high dose group decreased (P< 0.05 ); the level of HDL-C had no difference in all groups; the content of MDA in different dose groups significantly decreased(P<0.01), the activities of SOD in medium dose and high dose group evidently increased(P<0.01) and the activities of GSH-Px in high group also reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion Tongshan sweet tea can decrease the level of serum lipid and enhance the antioxidative ability in rats.
