【摘要】 目的总结我国突发公共卫生事件的监测、预测及预警工作的质量要求,形成质量控制指标,为工作的质量考核提供标准。方法明确工作的总体目标和各方工作职责,按照工作流程和步骤,查阅文献,归纳现有质量控制要求或者指标,通过专家咨询提出质量控制指标,再通过对疾病预防控制中心的意向论证提出关键质量控制指标。结果总结出12个质量控制指标,4个关键质量控制指标,分别是监测点设点率、培训合格率、传染病报告卡的完整率和传染病疫情判断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality control indexes of monitoring,forecasting and warning in public health emergencies,and provide criterion for evaluating the outcome.(Methods)Based on literature and current requirement of quality control,a summary of quality control indexes was obtained through expert consultation,and thereafter,principal quality control indexes were finally determined by the CDCs.(Results) 12 quality control indexes were listed,of which four were principal indexes.更多还原
