【摘要】 目的观察弓形虫AH株感染早孕的昆明鼠对其胚胎发育的影响。方法将弓形虫AH株包囊感染40只早孕(怀孕3~7 d)昆明鼠,记录其流产、死胎、畸形情况。同时设对照组。结果14只孕鼠出现流产或死胎,流产(死胎)率为30.0%;79只胎鼠中发现有2只胎鼠畸形,畸胎率为2.5%。对照组均为活胎,发育正常,未见死胎或畸形胎鼠。结论孕早期急性弓形虫感染可严重影响胚胎发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of acute Toxoplasma infection on prenatal development in early pregnant KM mouse.(Methods)40 early pregnant KM mice were infected with Toxoplasma AH strain,and the control group was set up.Miscarriage,dead fetus,fetus deformity were recorded.(Results) It was found that Miscarriage(dead fetus) rate was 30.0%.There were two deformity fetus in 79 fetus mouse.The deformity fetus rate was 2.5%.There was no dead fetus and fetus deformity in control group,all fetus developed well.Conclusion Early pregnant KM mouse infected by Toxoplasma could seriously influence prenatal development.更多还原
