【摘要】 目的构建人MCHR1真核表达载体。方法采用PCR方法,以人胎脑cDNA文库为模板扩增人MCHR1基因的全长cDNA编码区序列,利用DNA重组技术将其定向插入到真核表达载体pcDNA3．1(+),酶切和测序鉴定。结果酶切和测序鉴定正确,表明pcDNA3．1(+)/MCHR1真核表达载体构建成功。结论pcDNA3．1(+)/ MCHR1真核表达载体成功构建,为进一步研究MCHR1的功能提供了良好的实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct eukaryotic expressing vector of human melanin -concentra- ting hormone receptor 1 (MCHR!).Methods The full -length MCHR1 cDNA fragment was am- plified by PCR from the human fetal brain cDNA library and was inserted into eukaryotic expres- sion vector pcDNA3.1 (+),the identification of digestion and sequencing on the recombinant eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1 (+)/MCHR1 were carried out.Results The identifica- tion of digestion and sequencing were correct,It was confirmed that the eukaryotic expression vector was successfully constructed.Conclusion the recombinant eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1 (+)/MCHR1 was successfully constructed,it provided solid experiment foundation for further studies on the function of human MCHR!.更多还原
