【摘要】 目的探讨射频热凝治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的治疗效果。方法将80例椎间盘源性腰痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别经射频热凝治疗和三维正脊治疗,记录治疗前和治疗后7 d、30 d、90 d的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS),并进行疗效对照。结果:治疗后治疗组7 d、30 d、90 d时VAS疼痛评分分别为(1.5±0.6)、(1.5±0.4)及(0.9±0.2)分,较对照组(3.5±0.7)、(4.0±0.8)及(4.8±0.5)分明显下降(P<0.05)。结论射频热凝毁损治疗椎间盘源性腰痛疗效肯定确切,优于三维正脊治疗,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of treating the lumbar disc-organic low back pain with the technique of the Radio frequency hot coagulate derogation.Methods Divided 80 patients of the lumbar disc-organic low back pain randomly into treating group(42 cases) and control group(38 cases),given respectively the Radio frequency hot coagulate derogation and three dimension correct ridge treatment.Before and after 7 d,30 d,90 d treated,noted their VAS.Results The VAS of the treating group were respectively(1.5±0.6)?(1.5±0.4)及(0.9±0.2)significantly lower with the control group(3.5±0.7)?(4.0±0.8)及(4.8±0.5)after treated 7 d?30 d?90 d(P<0.05).Conclusion The technique of treating the lumbar disc-organic low back pain with the Radio frequency is effective and better than the three dimension correct ridge.更多还原
