【摘要】 【目的】探讨不同分娩方式对脐血生长激素(growth hormone,GH)的影响,以及脐血GH水平与胎儿生长发育的关系。【方法】取34例足月阴道产(其中20例脐动脉血)和23例剖宫产新生儿脐静脉血标本,以放射免疫分析法检测GH含量。应用SPSS 10.0软件进行t检验、直线相关分析。【结果】34例足月自然分娩组胎儿脐静脉血中GH含量为(32.29±16.58)μg/L,23例剖宫产组胎儿脐静脉组中GH含量为(20.3±7.50)μg/L,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。57例新生儿体重平均值为(3432±346)g,身高平均值为(48.87±1.59)cm,以直线相关关系分析,脐静脉血中GH含量与体重和身高均呈正相关关系(r分别为0.833、0.837,P均P<0.05)。【结论】不同分娩方式对脐血GH产生不同的影响;脐血中GH水平与胎儿的体格发育有密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the effect of different delivery mode on growth hormone(GH),and the relationship between GH level in umbilical cord and fetal physical development. 【Methods】 Umbilical vein blood from 34 full-term neonates from vaginal delivery(20 from umbilical artery) and 23 from selected cesarean section were selected for GH detection with Radio-Immunity Analysis Technique.T-test and linear correlation were used for statistics analysis. 【Results】(32.29±16.58) μg/L GH level was detected in vaginal delivery group and(20.3±7.50)μg/L GH level was detected in cesarean section group which showed significant difference(P<0.01).Mean neonatal weight of 57 cases was(3432±346)g and mean height was(48.87±1.59)cm.GH level in umbilical vein blood had positive correlationship with neonatal weight(r=0.833,P<0.05) and neonatal height(r=0.837,P<0.05). 【Conclusions】 GH level is different in vaginal delivery group and cesarean section group.There is close relationship between GH level in umbilical cord and fetal physical development.更多还原
