【摘要】 论述了数字化、网络化时代学术期刊标准化、规范化的意义和作用,指出了学术期刊标准化、规范化存在的问题和加强学术期刊标准化,规范化的措施。

【Abstract】 This essay discusses the significance and funcfion of standardizing academic journals in an age of digital computer network.It points out some problems in the course of standardization and offers some advices on how to reinforce the work of normalization.
