十八项电网反措继电保护若干细则的落实与改进
Performance and Improvement on Several Relay Protection Regulations of Electric Network Prevent Accident Measure
【摘要】 针对《国家电网公司十八项电网重大反事故措施》继电保护专业重点实施要求中提到的继电保护配置的原则、非全相保护、主设备非电量保护等若干个细则的落实进行了简要的分析,并结合目前反措实施的具体情况,提出自己的观点和看法。
【Abstract】 It analyses on the performance of the several regulations on configuration principle of relay protection and non-complete phases and non-electricity protection in the emphasis execution requests on relay protection of important prevent accident measure about 18 items of State Grid Corporation of China,and combines with specific conditions on prevent accident measure at the present time,put forword personal viewpoint.
