【摘要】 目的:观察消旋卡多曲颗粒佐治小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效及不良反应。方法:我院儿科门诊和病房就诊的小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿80例,随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服消旋卡多曲颗粒,观察其疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组总有效率73.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.27,P<0.01);治疗组疗程(5.12±0.98)d,对照组疗程(6.80±1.04)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.17,P<0.01)。用药5 d后两组各有1例出现嗜睡和皮疹。结论:消旋卡多曲颗粒佐治小儿轮状病毒肠炎有利于减轻腹泻症状和缩短病程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect of racecadotril granules on acute rotaviral enteritis in infants.Methods: Eighty infants with acute rotaviral enteritis were divided into two groups randomly.Racecadotril granules was used in the treatment group(42 cases) besides the routine therapy.Curative effects and adverse reaction were observed.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24% and showed significant difference from that of the control group (73.68%).The average hospitalization of both groups were(5.12±0.98)d and ((6.80±)1.04)d respectively.Each group had 1 patient with rash and stupor.Conclusions: Racecadotril granules is effective and can relieve the symptom of diarrhea.更多还原
