【摘要】 目的:观察痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将90例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为两组:对照组45例采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,治疗组45例在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液静脉点滴治疗,并对临床疗效和安全性指标进行比较。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.7%和64.4%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的主要临床症状缓解时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果显著,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and safety of intravenous Tanreqing injection with azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Methods: 90 cases of children with MP infection were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(45 cases) received the combinative therapy of Tanreqing injection and azithromycin,while the control group(45 cases) received the sequential therapy of only azithromycin,and then comparison was made between two groups in clinical effects and adverse reactions.Results: At the end of the treatment program,the total valid rate of the observed group was 86.7% and that of the control group was 64.4%(P<0.05).But two groups did not have significant discrepancy on the cure rate(P>0.05).And the time for relieving the main symptoms and the time in hospital were obviously shorter in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).And the adverse reactions in treatment group was significantly less than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The combinative therapy of Tanreqing injection and azithromycin is more effective with less adverse reactions than single azithromycin in treating children with MP.更多还原
