【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定痰热清注射液中黄芩苷和绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用ODS-C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为318 nm。结果:黄芩苷、绿原酸分别在15.0~120.0μg/mL、30.0~240.0μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系;加样回收率分别为97.92%、99.03%;RSD分别为1.02%、1.70%。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method on high performance liquid chromatography to determine the amount of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in Tanreqing injection simultaneously. Methods: ODS-C_l8 column was used.The acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase（gradient elution）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set as 318 nm. Results: The linear response range of baicalin and chlorogenic acid was 15.0～120.0 μg/mL and 30.0～240.0 μg/mL,respectively.The average rates of recovery were 97.92% and 99.03%,respectively.RSD were 1.02% and 1.70%.
