【摘要】 目的:观察消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法:103例患儿随机分为两组:治疗组53例在常规治疗的基础上加用消旋卡多曲颗粒5mg/(kg·d),对照组50例在常规治疗的基础上加用双歧杆菌冲剂20mg/(kg·d),治疗3d,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的疗效分别为90.6%、60.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.02,P<0.05)。结论:消旋卡多曲能有效的治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the curative effect of racecadotril graules on acute rotaviral enteritis in infants. Methods: We studied 103 infants with acute rotaviral enteritis from 6 to 12 months in age who had not taken any antibiotics within 3 days before being hospitalized. According to the requirements of contrast test the infants were divided into two groups with racecadotril graules and bacillus bifidus mixture administered respectively to each group. Results: The total effective rates of the two group were 90.6% and 60.0% respectively. No significant statistic difference was detected between the two groups( χ2 = 6.02,P < 0.05). Conclusions: Racecadotril graules is an effective and acceptable drug in treating acute rotaviral enteritis in infants.更多还原
