低温等离子射频消融下鼻甲对鼻黏膜功能的影响

【摘要】 目的观察低温等离子射频治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎对鼻黏膜传输功能的影响。方法应用糖精试验法测定60例(A组)慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者低温等离子射频术前及术后3、6个月的鼻腔黏膜纤毛输送率(MTR),并与45例微波治疗的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者(B组)进行比较。结果A组术前鼻黏膜纤毛MTR为(7.64±1.56)mm/min;B组为(7.46±1.65)mm/min,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组术后3、6个月鼻黏膜纤毛MTR为(6.89±2.01)mm/min、(7.14±1.76)mm/min,分别与术前比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);B组术后3、6个月鼻黏膜纤毛MTR为(3.16±1.32)mm/min、(3.12±1.29)mm/min,分别与术前比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组术后3个月鼻黏膜纤毛MTR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组术后6个月鼻黏膜纤毛MTR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低温等离子射频治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎对鼻黏膜纤毛无明显影响,没有破坏鼻黏膜纤毛的正常生理功能。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The objective of thisstudy is to observe the effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency, used to treat chronic rhinitis, on nasalmucosal cilia. METHODS The saccharine technique to used to evaluate nasal mucociliary transport. The mean nasal mucociliary transport rate(MTR)was determined in 60 patients suffering from chronic rhinitis pre-and post-operatively who were treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency(group A),and compared to that of group B, 45 patients with chronic rhinitis treated by microwaves. RESULTS The MTR was(7.64±1.56)mm/min in group A and(7.46±1.65)mm/min in group B before operation. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The MTR was(6.89±2.01)mm/min at three months and(7.14±1.76)mm/min at six months after operation in group A. The MTR was(3.16±1.32)mm/min at three months and(3.12±1.29)mm/min at six months after operation in group B. The difference between the pre-and post-operative MTRs in group A was not statistically significant (P>0.05), while those in group B were statistically significant(P<0.01). Furthermore, in group B patients, the differences between the MTR at three and six months after operative were statistically significant(P<0.01). CONCLUSION Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency neither affects the nasal mucosa nor hinders the physical function of nose, therefore it is an ideal method for treating chronic rhinitis.
