【摘要】 目的探讨癌基因蛋白p185和细胞黏附因子CD44v6与喉鳞状细胞癌(laryngealsquamouscellcarcinoma,LSCC,简称喉癌),颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测了63例喉癌中p185与CD44v6的表达。结果p185在喉癌颈淋巴结转移组与非转移组间的表达存在差异(P<0.05);p185在不同病理分级(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)组间存在差异(P<0.05);CD44v6在喉癌淋巴结转移组与非转移组间不同病理分级(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)组间的表达无显著差异;喉癌中p185与CD44v6的表达存在正相关(r=0.393,P=0.001)。结论p185可能在喉癌的转移中起重要作用,与肿瘤细胞的恶性程度有关,CD44v6在喉癌转移中的作用不大,但两者在喉癌中可能存在协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the rela-tionship between the expression of the proto-oncogene cerbB-2 proteins p185, level of adhesion molecules CD44v6, and lymphoid metastasis of laryngeal squa-mous cell carcinomas (LSCC). METHODS The expres-sion of p185 and CD44v6 in 63 specimen of LSCC tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method. RESULTS There was a significant difference in the expression of p185 between patient groups with and without lymphoid metastasis(P<0.05). Significant difference was observed among the pathologically dif-ferentiated groups(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ).There was no sig-nificant difference in the expression of CD44v6 between patient groups with and without lymphoid metastasis. No significant difference in CD44v6 expression level between pathologically differentiated groups (Ⅰ、 Ⅱ、Ⅲ)was observed either. A significant correlation was observed between the expression of p185 and CD44v6 in LSCC(r=0.393,P=0.001). CONCLUSION p185 probably plays an important role in the metasta-sis process of LSCC. CD44v6 may not be a neces-sary factor. However, they may cooperate with each other.更多还原
