【摘要】 目的观察兔肌肉种植VX2瘤前后及在肝、肺发生转移后肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、胰岛素生长因子(IGF)、CA-50的改变情况。方法将健康雄性3年的新西兰大白兔80只,分成两组,外照射、体外高频热疗组(治疗组)、对照组各40只。观察肿瘤直径,生存期,同时检测TNF、IGF、CA-50。在VX2瘤种植前后和发生转移后的变化情况。结果治疗组肿瘤直径小于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组兔生存期长于对照组(P<0.01);VX2瘤移植成功后细胞因子的变化为TNF、IGF、CA-50增高(P<0.01);肺、肝转移在治疗组中明显少于对照组(P<0.01);在发生肺、肝转移兔中相比IGF、CA-50增高,TNF降低,与未发生肺、肝转移的兔相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论VX2种植成功后对实验兔的TNF、IGF、CA-50产生影响,发生肺、肝转移后IGF、CA-50增高,TNF降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of TNF,IGF and CA-50 in fore-and-aft VX₂ carcinoma replanted in rabbits’ muscle and after VX₂ carcinoma had been metastasized in liver or lung.Methods Eighty male white healthy rabbits were selected,and divided them into two groups.There were 40 rabbits in treatment group,treated with teletherapy and local hyperthermia.So were the control group.Tumors’ diameter,time of survival were observed and,changes of TNF,IGF and CA-50 in fore-and-aft VX₂ carcinoma replanted and after VX₂ carcinoma had been metastasized in liver or lung were examined.Results In the diameters of tumors or their time of survival in treatment group was smaller or longer than control group（P<0.01）;The rate of liver or lung metastasis in treatment group was lower than control group（P<0.01）;TNF,IGF and CA-50 were higher in fore-and-aft VX₂ carcinoma replanted（P<0.01）;IGF and CA-50 were gotten higher,TNF was gotten lower（P<0.01）,and there was statistically significant difference between the diverted rabbits and other rabbits.Conclusion VX₂ carcinoma replanted obviously interfered their changes of TNF,IGF and CA-50;After VX₂ carcinoma had been diverted in liver or lung,IGF and CA-50 were gotten higher,but TNF was gotten lower.更多还原
