480株铜绿假单胞菌耐药性分析

【摘要】 目的了解我院铜绿假单胞菌的耐药现状,为临床用药提供依据。方法将我院分离的铜绿假单胞菌的药敏试验结果,应用WHONET 5.3软件进行统计学分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的敏感性逐年下降,三代头孢和喹诺酮类药物下降明显。亚胺培南对铜绿假单胞菌仍保持着98.2%的敏感率,多粘菌素B对铜绿假单胞菌也保持着95.0%的敏感率。结论铜绿假单胞菌耐药严重,医院应加强对铜绿假单胞菌的监测,临床要依据药敏试验结果合理用药。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the drug resistance status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE),and to provide reference for clinical treatment in our hospital.Methods The drug susceptibility was tested by Kirby-Bauer method.The data of drug susceptibility tested was analyzed by WHONET 5.3.Results The drug susceptibility of PAE to most antibiotics was a decreasing trend during the past 7 years.The drug susceptibility of the third generation cephalosporins and quinolones was lower.The highest susceptibility to PAE was imipenem(98.2%) and polymyxin B(95.0%).Conclusion The drug resistance of PAE is serious.Supervision of drug resistance of PAE should be strengthened in hospital.It’s very important to select antibiotics correctly according to the results of susceptibility test in clinic.
