【摘要】 目的观察他汀类药物阿托伐他汀(立普妥)短期应用对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、细胞因子(肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6)水平的作用。方法98例慢性心力衰竭患者(NYHA分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级)随机分成两组,治疗组(48例)和对照组(50例)。对照组给予强心、利尿、扩血管治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用立普妥10mg/d,共12周。治疗前后检查心脏超声,评估心功能,测定肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6和血脂水平。结果12周后治疗组低密度脂蛋白水平明显降低(P<0.05)。心功能按NYHA分级治疗组与对照组相比有明显改善(P<0.01),左室射血分数有明显提高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素6水平明显降低(P<0.05),而对照组前后比较无改变。结论阿托伐他汀能降低血浆细胞因子(肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6)水平,改善心脏功能,有益于慢性心力衰竭的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of short-term atorvastatin on patients with chronic heart failure and to investigate the changes of serum levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) and interleuin-6(IL-6) after treatment.Methods Ninety-eight patients with chronic heart failure(NYHA gradeⅡ~Ⅲ) were randomly divided into two groups,the therapy group received atorvastatin 10mg/d(n=48) for 12 weeks and control group received placebo (n=50).Before and after treatment,the parameters of TNF-α,IL-6,serum cholesterol and cardiac function evaluated by echocardiogram were measured.Results After 12 weeks,patients receiving atorvastatin exhibited a modest reduction in serum LDL-C compared with control group(P<0.05). At the same time,the New York Heart Association functional grade in therapy group significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.01),which was corresponding to the increased left ventricular ejection fraction in the atorvastatin group(P<0.05).Serum TNF-α and IL-6 level were also significantly lowered in the therapy group when compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term atorvastatin improves cardiac function,reduces levels of serum cytokines associated with chronic heart failure.更多还原
