【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡较为有效的治疗方法。方法对近5年来收治的36例糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡患者采用在内科综合治疗的基础上,局部应用八湿膏及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,并选择适当时机采取以植皮为主的手术修复。结果经内科综合治疗与局部创面处理后,自愈13例;手术23例,其中植皮14例均成功,截趾及局部皮瓣修复各有1例皮肤部分坏死,二期植皮成活。结论糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡经内科综合治疗并应用八湿膏及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子换药,创面可自愈或接受手术,手术以植皮修复效果为佳,部分患者避免了截肢,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To expolre the treatment of diabetes mellitus with dermal ulcer.Methods Thirty-six diabetic cases of dermal ulcer underwent the local application of bashi paste and basic fibroblast growth factor,and performed the recovery of dermatoplasty in proper opportunity on the basis of medical combined treatment in the recent 5 years.Results After medical combined treatment and local wound surface treating,thirteen cases got spontaneous resolution.Fourteen cases recovered after successful skin grafting in 23 cases who needed operations.Necrosis of part skin occurred in one toe amputation case and in one regional flap,and both of the cases recovered after successful skin grafting in the second stage.Conclusion The local application of bashi paste and basic fibroblast growth factor under medical combined treatment can be used to diabetic patients with dermal ulcer,and skin grafting recovery gets better effect.Some patients refrain from amputation,and it can be spreaded to clinical application.更多还原
