【摘要】 目的对胰腺假性囊肿(PPC)不同的治疗方法进行疗效评估,并对PPC的治疗选择进行探讨。方法收集1998~2004年诊断为PPC的57例住院患者,依据治疗方法分为三组:保守治疗组、经皮穿刺引流(PCD)组、外科手术组,评估其疗效。结果保守治疗组28例,治疗有效率为68%;PCD组15例,治疗有效率为60%;外科手术组27例,总治愈率为81%,行囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术患者的治愈率为93%。结论保守治疗对于PPC的治疗有重要意义;安全有效的PCD术是有症状患者的较佳选择;外科手术依然是胰腺假性囊肿最有效的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effects on different treatments methods of pancreatic pseudocyst(PPC),and to investigate the choice of the treatments.Methods From 1988 to 2004,the data of 57 patients with PPC in hospital was collected.Based on the initial methods of treatment,they were divided into three groups:conservative,precutaneous catheter drainage(PCD) and surgical operation.Results In patients managed by conservative method,efficient rate of PPC was 68% of the 28 patients.In patients managed by PCD,it was 60% of the 15 patients.In patients managed by surgical operation,total efficient rate of PPC occurred in 81% of the 27 patients,and 93% of the 15 patients managed by Roux-en-Y cystojejunostomy.Conclusion Conservative treatment is important in the therapy of PPC.PCD is safe and effective and should be the preferable choice in patient with symptom.Surgical operation is the best effective approach to PPC treatment.更多还原
