【摘要】 目的分析终末期肾衰竭并发神经、精神症状的原因。方法回顾性分析本院73例出现神经、精神症状的终末期肾衰竭患者的资料。结果终末期肾衰竭并发神经、精神症状的原因:①多因原发病所致酸中毒、电解质紊乱、尿毒症毒素蓄积因素引起;②与透析有关:失衡综合征、透析不充分;③脑血管器质性病变。结论终末期肾衰竭患者出现神经、精神紊乱症状与多因素有关,应积极治疗原发病,选择恰当的透析方式、频率,预防透析性脑病的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the main factors of mental and nervous symptom in end-stage renal failure.Methods The clinical dates of mental and nervous symptom in 73 patients with end-stage renal failure were analyzed.Results The common causes of mental and nervous symtom in end-stage renal failure were:①primary diseases:metabolic acidosis,electrolytes disturbance,uremia toxin storage;②dialysis correlative diseases:balance disturbance syndrome,dialysis encephalopathy;③cerebrovascular organic disease.Conclusion The occurrence of mental and nervous symptom in end-stage renal failure is related to multifactors.The key role procedures in treatment are to manage the primary diseases and complications.The way and frequency of dialysis should be synthetically determined,to prevent dialysis encephalopathy.更多还原
