【Abstract】 AT89C5131 is a high-performance Flash version of 80C51 single-chip 8-bit microcontroller with full speed USB functions,whose speed of controlling is faster and memory is bigger. Moreover, it permits ISP (in system programming) and is a good choice in USB interface designing. The characteristic and pinning of AT89C5131 is introduced in the paper.
