基于S3C4510B嵌入式系统CF卡高速存储技术
The high speed storage technology of compact flash card based on S3C4510B embedded system
【摘要】 首先简要介绍了ARM7TDMI系列的嵌入式微处理器芯片S3C4510B,并介绍了CF卡的基本结构和原理,接着研究了S3C4510B与CF卡硬件接口电路的设计以及对CF卡的读写。在CF卡标准读写时序的基础上,研究了在嵌入式系统中怎样提高CF卡读写的速度,最终给出了基于DMA方式的高速读写方式。
【Abstract】 Firstly, this paper introduced the S3C4510B RISC Microproc essor which is based on ARM7TDMI core. Then introduced the basic structure and elements of the CompactFlash Card. Secondly, researched the hardware interface circuit and the read-write of the S3C4510B and CF card. At last, this paper researched how to increase the speed of read-write and finally gave the high speed read-write method which is base on DMA mode.
