基于CPLD的测量线阵CCD像点位置电路的实现
Realization of the circuit for measuring pixel position on linear CCD based on CPLD
【摘要】 CCD(电荷耦合器件)在许多测量问题中,可归结为CCD上像点位置的精确测量;介绍了一种基于CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)设计的测量线阵CCD像点位置电路的原理及实现方法;用MAX+PLUSⅡ软件进行了电路时序仿真分析,并进行了下载测试。实现了电路功能,结果表明了该设计方案是合理可行的。
【Abstract】 Many measuring matters of CCD, can be reduced to accuracy measuring pixel positton on CCD introducing a desire about the principle and implement of the method of measuring pixeled position of linear CCD based on CPLD;timing simulation of circuit being processed on the MAX+PLUSⅡand testing the download. The function of the circuit is implemented and it indicates the possibility of this design.
