水力空化装置文丘里管的模拟优化
Simulation & optimization of venturi as hydrodynamic cavitation equipment
【摘要】 基于FLUENT软件,采用标准的k-ε模型和空化泡动力学模型对三种不同几何彤状的文丘里管中的空化流场进行了数值模拟,并将计算结果与实验结果进行了比较。计算结果表明,理论计算的汽含率分布与实验拍摄的汽含率分布是相似的,文丘里管的结构对空化效应有着重要的影响,从而为文丘里管的优化设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, the cavitation flow fields in venturi tubes with different geometrical form were simulated adopting the standard k-epsilon model and cavitation bubble dynamics. The results were compared with experimental ones and showed that the predicted distribution configuration of vapor bubble fraction is similar to that obtained from experiments, the structure of venturi tube had an important influence upon hydrodynamic cavitation. And according to the simulation, several strategies for the optimization of venturi were proposed.
