8mm回旋速调管的模拟设计与实验
Simulation Design And Experiment of An 8mm Gyroklystron Amplifier
【摘要】 设计了8mm波段回旋速调管,并进行了热测实验,在中心频率34GHz下,得到了最大脉冲功率172kW,最大平均功率大于2kW,增益31.9dB,电子效率23.4%,3dB带宽280MHz.
【Abstract】 Basing on the simulation of magnetron-injection-gun,cavities and interaction between electron-beam and wave,the design and experiment of 8mm four-cavity gyroklytron are reported.Initial experiments show an efficiency of 23.4%,a 3dB bandwidth of 280MHz,and a saturated gain of 31.9dB which corresponds to peak power of 172kW and average power of 2kW.
