北山盆地群侏罗-白垩系生储盖特征及油气远景
JURASSIC-CRETACEOUS SOURCE ROCK-RESERVOIR-CAP ASSOCIATIONS AND HYDROCARBON POTENTIALS IN THE BEISHAN BASINS
【摘要】 北山地区在前寒武纪变质岩及古生代浅变质岩、火山岩基底之上发育了一系列中新生代沉积盆地,盆内沉积了厚度较大的侏罗白垩系,发育侏罗系和下白垩统两套生储盖组合。侏罗系组合在中口子盆地、公婆泉盆地和扎格高脑盆地发育较好,是本区寻找侏罗系油气藏的有利地区。下白垩统组合在中口子盆地、公婆泉盆地、扎格高脑盆地和黑鹰山盆地发育较好,但埋藏浅,缺乏区域性盖层,其石油地质条件不如侏罗系组合。油气勘探实践表明,该区含油气远景取决于油气保存条件和区域盖层的发育情况。
【Abstract】 A group of Mesozoic sedimentary basins (called the Beishan Basins) was developed on the basement composed of the Precambrian metamorphic rocks, Paleozoic lower grade metamorphic rocks and volcanic rocks in Beishan area bordering Gansu and Inner Mongolia. The thicker Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous sediments deposited in these basins, and two sets of source rock-reservoir-cap associations were developed, namely, the Jurassic association and the Lower Cretaceous one. The Jurassic association was mainly developed in the Zhongkouzi, Gongpoquan and Zagegaonao Basins, which should be a favorable region to seek for Jurassic reservoirs. The Lower Cretaceous association was well occurred in the Zhongkouzi, Gongpoquan, Zagegaonao and Heiyingshan Basins. Because of shallower burial and lack of regional cap rock, the petroleum geological condition of the Lower Cretaceous association was not as good as the Jurassic one. The hydrocarbon exploration practice showed that the oil and gas prospect in this area mainly depended on the conditions of preservation and regional cap rock.
