河南省新安县云梦山陶粒泥岩矿床特征及开发前景

【摘要】 对河南省新安县云梦山泥岩矿床进行了勘查研究,查明了矿区的构造和地层、泥岩矿床的矿石储量和赋存状况,并运用化学分析、岩矿鉴定、焙烧试验和可塑性试验等方法,对矿石的物化特征及工艺性能进行了研究,得出矿区泥岩的储量约为1.73亿t,矿床可利用量约为1.21亿t;矿石化学成分中w(SiO2)为51.04%~69.80%,w(Al2O3)为11.72%~19.92%;w(Fe2O3)为5.02%~11.20%,溶剂成分w(CaO+MgO+K2O+Na2O)为4.73%~12.15%;矿石中黏土矿物占50%~70%,以高岭石为主,蒙脱石次之,伊利石最少;矿石膨胀系数为1.85~2.20,可塑性指数为13.5~16.9;陶粒的堆积密度为365~471kg/m3。综合研究显示,云梦山泥岩具有陶粒原料的主要特征,矿石加工适合采用干法和半干法相结合的加工工艺,矿石质量较好,矿床规模巨大,具有广阔的开发前景。

【Abstract】 Through field investigation,the authors have revealed the structural and stratigraphic background,reserves and preservation conditions of the mudstone deposit in Yunmengshan,Xin′an County,Henan Province.The physical and chemical properties and technical performance of the minerals has been studied by chemical analyses and rock-mineral indentifications and roasting and plasticity tests.The results indicate that mineral reserve of 0.173 billion ton,with an available amount of 0.121 billion ton,of the chemical composition,SiO2 accounts for 51.04%—69.80%,Al2O3 ranges from 11.72% to 19.92%,Fe2O3 makes up 5.02%—11.20% and solvent proportion (CaO+MgO+K2O+Na2O) is 4.73%—12.15%.Clay minerals is dominated by kaolinite and smectite to a lesser degree with minor illite,constitute 50%—70% of the mineral.Coefficient of expansion of the minerals varies from 1.85 to 2.20 and plasticity index from 13.5 to 16.9.Accumulating density of the ceramsite is 365—471 kg/m3.The comprehensive study shows that the Yunmengshan mudstone is qualified to form ceramsite.Combination technique of wet and dry method is viable for mineral processing.
