激光超声无损检测系统设计
The Design of the Laser-Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing System
【摘要】 自20世纪70年代中期发展起来的激光超声新技术,其主要特性是它能以非接触的方式对物体进行无损检测,检测是在顷刻间完成的,并且便于与光学扫描相结合。本文中研究了采用激光超声进行无损检测的系统,完成了对系统光路、前置放大电路以及解调电路的设计,并且通过实验测得系统的检测误差率约为0.49%。
【Abstract】 A new technology developed since the middle 1970s, laser-ultrasonic testing system can complete nondestructive testing by the non-contact mode instantaneously, and combine with optics easily. The laser-ultrasonic nondestructive testing system is discussed, and the design of way of light, amplifier and demodulator is given. The error rate of the system is about 0.49% in the testing.
