灰色预测PID在水压控制系统中的应用
The Application of the Grey-fuzzy Controller in the Water Pressure Control System
【摘要】 针对水压控制系统中存在的滞后和扰动,采用一种基于GM(1,1)模型的灰色预测PID控制算法,所设计控制器的主要优点是不需要建立水压控制系统的数学模型,以系统行为代替系统的数学模型,可预测水压的变化,提前补偿,提高了系统的稳定性和控制精度。仿真及对比试验表明,所采用的算法是有效的。
【Abstract】 Due to the lag and disturbance in water pressure, a grey predictive control algorithm based on GM(1, 1) is adopted. This controller has the major advantage that it does not require a mathematic model for the water pressure control system. The replacement of the mathematic model with the behavior of the system predicts the change of water pressure and compensate in advance, thus enhancing the stability and precision of the system. Simulation and contrast examinations show that the control algorithm is effective.
