【摘要】 以市场为取向的经济体制改革,使我国农村经济的市场化程度有了明显的提高。但作为农村市场瓶颈的农村土地市场还不成熟,在发展中存在着许多问题。随着市场经济的不断发展,市场机制在资源配置中的基础性作用日益明显的表现出来,解决好农村土地市场问题尤为重要。通过运用博弈模型分析农村土地市场失灵问题,并结合目前的状况,从完善价格机制、合理分配利益、健全中介机构、加强国家宏观管理、制定相关法律法规等几个方面提出了促进我国农村土地市场发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Market-oriented economic system reform has evidently improved the market of the rural economy.The rural land market,however,is yet to mature,with many problems in the development.Along with the development of the market economy,the foundation function of the market mechanism in collocation of resources has been standing out,so it is very important to resolve the problem of rural land market.This paper analyzes the failure of the rural land market applying the game theory model and offers suggestions for the development of rural land market development in terms of perfecting price mechanism and agencies,allotting benefits in a proper way,strengthening national management,and drawing up related laws.更多还原
