【摘要】 离异女性贫困化已成为不可忽视的社会问题,如何保护因离异而处于困境的这一弱势群体?基于法律与社会学的视角,应构建离婚抚养制度,将自由与正义、公平与补偿的衡平理念充分体现于我国的离婚制度和保护妇女权益保障法中,使离婚救济制度更加凸现其公平正义的法律价值理念,最大限度地从实质上保护离异女性的合法权益,从而真正实现婚姻自由。更多还原
