【摘要】 工作在野外、航天、航海等恶劣环境条件下的电子设备,其电路基板易受潮气、盐雾、霉菌的影响而引发系统故障,因此,电路基板的三防保护涂覆技术成为电子组装领域备受关注的工艺技术。结合三防保护涂覆工艺,重点介绍新型防护技术—选择性涂覆工艺的原理、关键工艺参数,分析选择性涂覆的一些常见工艺问题及其解决方法,最后对选择性涂覆设备进行了简要介绍。更多还原
