三维物体形状检测精度分析与研究
Analysis and Study on the Precision of Three-dimensional Shape Measurement
【摘要】 对三维物体形状检测的基本原理及检测处理过程进行了详细阐述。检测处理过程中根据系统检测信号的性质选择黑白条纹相间的编码光模式,为获得较好的检测精度和速度,对畸变条纹图像先采用边缘检测分割。由于所得畸变条纹图像的像素点的灰度受外界环境光干扰影响,必须对图像进行黑白二值化。对检测得到的畸变条纹图像进行二值化分割算法有很多,文中给出经典阈值分割处理和行阈值分割处理后的图像及效果比较,并对实验结果的精度进行分析,得出了结论。
【Abstract】 This paper describes in detail the basic principle and procedure of three-dimensional shape measurement.According to the characteristics of the system measurement signal,we selected stripe with alternating black and white stripes.In order to get higher speed and precision of measurement,at first we perform the edge measurement division of the deformed grating pattern image.We must segment the deformed grating pattern image due to the pixel of the deformed grating pattern image was interfered by the environmental light.There are many algorithm of segmentation,we have chosen classical threshold division and row threshold division to deal with the deformed grating pattern image which was obtained from the measurement,we have also analyzed the precision of the result of the experiment,then arrived at the conclusions.
