【Abstract】 Undoubtedly,the system of news spokesmen is very important in present times.We should avoid mistakenly understand the system.To form a mix of government,media and the public in the management of crisis,the spokesmen need to be specialized.The various experience and lessons gained through the external propaganda reveal that: the specialization of news spokesmen is the requirement of the times,the strategies of external propaganda need innovation and news spokesmen are not human beings but a kind of system.The comprehensive qualities of news spokesmen should be improved.更多还原
