基于控制器局域网的石油井下仪器互连技术研究
Research on interlinkage method of petroleum downhole tools based on controller area network
【摘要】 设计一种用于石油井下仪器互连的接口方案。提出了基于控制器局域网的互连模型,以数字信号处理器内部集成的控制器局域网模块为基础,其软件编程主要涉及到控制器局域网模块的初始化、数据收发,以及邮箱中断管理等技术环节。测试表明,该设计具有高可靠性和实时性,完全能够满足石油井下仪器控制和数据传输的需要。
【Abstract】 This article introduced a kind of interface scheme applied to interlinkage of petroleum downhole tools is introduced, and inerlinkage model based on controller area network is put forward. The controller area network module available on digital signal processor is the fundamental element, whose software consists of initializing controller area network module, receiving data, sending data and management of mailbox interrupts. Testing show that the design has high reliability and real-time ability, and call satisfies requirements of control and data transfer of petroleum downhole tools.
