【Abstract】 Design and implementation of linear CCD data acquisition system, which is based on USB interface is introduced in this paper. The A/D transformation and two-valued data acquisition circuits of this system are designed with CPLD. The design of USB bus interface is realized with USB microcontroller CY7C68013. The experiment indicates that the system can meet the requirements of acquisition and fast processing of signals, and can be introduced to measurement system using linear CCD widely.更多还原
