【Abstract】 This paper gives a high-speed communication scheme for terminals of 3G and SIM cards. The IC card reader includes high-speed embedded software and hardware system, and optimized device drivers. Its wave output is steady and in accordance with ISO7816-3. This scheme is a useful reference for designs of 3G terminal and high-speed ICC product line devices.更多还原
