Mn掺杂对BaSnO3陶瓷的NTC特性的影响
Investigation for NTC Characteristics of the BaSnO3 Ceramics
【摘要】 以BaCO3和SnO2为主要原料,以Mn为受主掺杂,再掺入其它微量的烧结助剂和施受主杂质,用固相法制备出具有NTC特性的BaSnO3陶瓷。在30~190℃的测试温区内,x(Mn)为1.0%~1.8%的掺杂BaSnO3陶瓷材料,其电阻–温度特性呈现良好的线性关系;B值和电阻随着Mn掺杂量的增加而变大,B值的变化范围为5200~6100K;30℃时样品的电阻率变化范围为1.16×106~1.11×107·cm。
【Abstract】 Using BaCO3 and SnO2 as the starting materials with a little Mn acceptor-dopant and other additives, the BaSnO3 electroceramics with NTC characteristics were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method. The BaSnO3 ceramics with various amounts of 1 % ~1.8 % (mole fraction) Mn dopant all have NTC characteristics over the testing temperature range of 30~190 ℃. Their B values vary from 5 200 K to 6 200 K. The change range of their resistivity values is 1.16×106~1.11×107 ?·cm at 30 ℃.
