高压电容器用铁电陶瓷
Ferroelectric Ceramics for High-voltage Capacitors
【摘要】 介绍了用于高压电容器的三类陶瓷材料,即BaTiO3基铁电陶瓷、SrTiO3基铁电陶瓷和Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(PMN)基铁电陶瓷。对它们各自的特点进行了评述,给出了其组成和性能,并对进一步研究提出了看法。
【Abstract】 Introduced were three ferroelectric ceramic materials for high-voltage capacitors: BaTiO3-based, SrTiO3-based and PMN-based ceramics. Characteristics of the three ceramics separately were reviewed. Compositions and performances of the three ceramics were given. In addition, some opinions were given for the farther research of the high-voltage capacitor.
