无铅钝化玻璃材料的研制与应用
Research and Application of Lead-free Passivation Glass Materials
【摘要】 研究了无铅钝化玻璃材料的配方设计以及工艺过程。对钝化玻璃材料中选用Bi2O3等物质替代PbO等有害成分进行了分析、试验。从配方以及工艺的角度阐述了钝化玻璃无铅化的可行性。并在生产线上对研制的无铅钝化材料的性能进行了对比试验,研制的无铅钝化玻璃材料的性能完全可以满足现有二极管钝化玻璃工艺的要求。
【Abstract】 Studied were the proprtioning design and process of lead-free passivation glass materials. Chosing Bi2O3 to replace PbO was tried in glass production process and compared experiments were done between lead-free passivation glass and traditional passivation glass on diodes product line. The lead-free of passivation glass is feasibility demonstration. The lead-free glass has excellent performance and can replace traditional passivation glass in diode passivation process.
